Option 1: The Rhone - 15 Nights from $6665 pp* share twin

Day 1 – Paris - Reims (rail): Depart Paris travelling through the famous Champagne Region to Reims, an important centre of Champagne production. Visit the medieval city as well as the Cathedral of Notre Dame begun in 1211. Don’t forget a tour of cellars such as Mumm, Tattinger or other big names of Champagne.
Day 2 – Reims - Epernay - Reims (rail): Spend your morning in Epernay, another important Champagne producing centre. You will enjoy gazing at the vine-covered slopes and sample some of the best Champagne in the world before wandering through the lively streets of this lovely little town before returning to Reims for the night.
Day 3 – Reims - strasbourg (rail): Arrive Strasbourg after passing through the Province of Alsace, a charming part of France with its small villages and neatly laid out vineyards. Strasbourg, capital of Alsace is a lovely cultural and intellectual centre in France. Don’t miss the old town and its famous cathedral!
Day 4 – Strasbourg - Nancy - Strasbourg (rail): Take a day rail excursion to Nancy. Lorraine, a French Province associated with Joan of Arc (1411-1431). Nancy, is a very attractive city - elegant and refined and renowned for its Art Nouveau architecture. Return to Strasbourg for a further overnight stay.
Days 5 & 6 – Strasbourg - Colmar (rail): Travel through this beautiful part of Alsace where grapes are grown reaching the quaint town of Colmar, the capital of the HautRhin. The Unterlinden Museum is a must and you will explore the Route des Vins (Wine trail) by bus, visiting charming villages such as Ribeauville and Riquewhir. You will explore the medieval streets of old Colmar and will admire the marvellous half-timbered houses.
Day 7 – Colmar-Dijon (rail): Today, you will leave Alsace and enter Bourgogne (Burgundy). Dijon, the mustard capital of the world is more than just mustard, it has an interesting medieval part and it is also a very lively town located near the best known wine area: the Cote d’Or!
Day 8 – Dijon - Chalon sur saone (rail): Travel the short distance & board ‘Viking Neptune’ at Chalon sur Saone.
Day 9 – Beaune (cruise): Enjoy an excursion today on the Burgundy wine route featuring Hotel Dieu with wine tasting.
Day 10 – Saone River & Lyon (cruise): Cruising France’s Burgundy region followed by a guided walk Vieux Lyon. Afternoon at leisure to explore France’s gastronomic capital.
Day 11 – Lyon & Vienne (cruise): Morning at leisure, followed by a walking tour featuring Temple of Augusta & Livia.
Day 12 – Tournon & Viviers (cruise): Taine L’Hermitage excursion to Chateauneuf-surisere with wine tasting. Evening walking tour through the old town of Viviers.
Day 13 – Arles (cruise): Cruise through the Provence region this morning followed by a walking tour of Les Arenes amphitheatre. Afternoon free.
Day 14 – Avignon (cruise): Guided walk featuring Pont d’Avignon & a guided tour of the Palace of the Popes. Free time or an optional tour of the Chateauneuf-du-Pape winery.
Day 15 – Avignon: Disembark.

Option 2: The Rhine - 13 Nights from $6579 pp* share twin

Day 1 – Paris - Brussels (rail): The rail journey from Paris to Brussels takes less than two hours through a region full of WWI battlefields and memorials. The Brussels Grand Place and its Gothic style Hotel de Ville are world famous and are a good starting point to explore the Belgian capital and its lively cafes and restaurants.
Day 2 – Brussels.
Day 3 – Brussels - Bruges (rail): The medieval city of Bruges is only a short trip away. Take the opportunity enjoy cruising on its numerous canals & absorb the unique atmosphere of this beautiful Flemish town.
Day 4 – Bruges.
Day 5 – Bruges - Rotterdam (rail): Rotterdam, the second largest city in Holland was completely flattened during WWII but rebuilt in its unique Dutch architectural style. It is Europe’s largest port and has numerous world class museums.
Day 6 – Rotterdam - amsterdam (rail): A short journey takes you to Amsterdam, the departure point of your cruise.
Day 7 – Amsterdam (cruise): Board your cruise today. Time free to visit the Anne Frank House.
Day 8 – Kinderdijk (cruise): Tour the Kinderdijk windmills
Day 9 – Cologne (cruise): Walking tour and Cathedral visit.
Day 10 – Koblenz & Rudesheim (cruise): Visit Marksburg Castle. Evening free to wander the Drosselgasse in Rudesheim.
Day 11 – Heidelberg (cruise): Visit Heidelberg Castle & time for independent sightseeing. Continue your cruise upstream to Speyer.
Day 12 – Strasbourg (cruise): Morning tour including Strasbourg Cathedral. Afternoon free.
Day 13 – Breisach (cruise): Black Forest scenic tour.
Day 14 – Basel (cruise): Disembark from cruise.

Option 3: The Danube - 13 Nights from $6459 pp* share twin

Day 1 – Paris - Lille (rail): Depart Paris this morning for Lille, a city with numerous Flemish-style buildings, Lille is an interesting first stop in France.
Day 2 – Lille - Brussels (rail): It takes less than an hour to reach Brussels, a city which has a lot to offer with its Main Square (Grande Place), its lively nightlife and some of the finest restaurants in Belgium.
Day 3 – Brussels.
Day 4 – Brussels - heidelberg (rail): Continue your journey this morning by train to Heidelberg.
Day 5 – Heidelberg: Explore beautiful Heidelberg Castle, the main feature of this charming town, built on the Neckar river.
Day 6 – Heidelberg - Rothenburg (rail): The medieval town of Rothenburg is a marvellous example of Gothic and Renaissance style buildings. The whole town has a unique atmosphere and you will enjoy exploring the cobblestone streets taking you back to the 14th Century!
Day 7 – Rothenburg - Passau (rail): Continue to Passau, the departure point of your cruise. Board your ship with the remainder of the day free in Passau.
Day 8 – Passau (cruise): Enjoy a guided walking tour together with an organ concert. Maybe take an optional tour to Budweis and Cesky Krumlov.
Day 9 – Linz & Salzburg (cruise): A full day excursion to Salzburg including a walking tour featuring Mozart’s birthplace.
Day 10 – Cruising the Wachau Valley.
Day 11 – Vienna (cruise): Panoramic city tour featuring the Ringstrasse & St Stephan’s Cathedral. Afternoon at leisure; optional classical concert.

Option 4: Oslo and the Norwegian Fjords - 13 Nights from $3749 pp* share twin

Day 1 – Bergen: Explore the ancient Hanseatic city of Bergen, the cultural gateway to the fjords before joining your cruise.
Day 2 – Alesund (cruise): An early arrival at the Art Nouveau town of Alesund gives you an opportunity to go ashore and explore this pretty town.
Day 3 – Trondheim (cruise): Continuing north to the medieval city of Trondheim with its handsome civic architecture. This evening depart towards the Land of the Midnight Sun.
Day 4 – Bodo & the Lofoten islands (cruise): Today cross the Arctic Circle Bodo & then on to the Lofoten Islands.
Day 5 – Tromso (cruise): A morning at sea precedes your arrival into Tromso, the capital of the Arctic.
Day 6 – Honningsvag (cruise)
Day 7 – Kirkenes (cruise): The vistas and the sealife become more dramatic as you approach Kirkenes, just a few kilometres from the Russian border and the Sami communities of Northern Finland. From Kirkenes head south & the northbound ports called on during the night will be revisited by day.
Day 8 – Hammerfest (cruise): Visit the world’s most northerly town of Hammerfest before continuing to Tromso and a chance to see the midnight summer concert in the Arctic Cathedral.
Day 9 – Lofoten islands (cruise): This is one of the most beautiful stretches of the Norwegian coast and for many it is the most stunning part of your journey south.
Day 10 – Rorvik (cruise): Crossing the Arctic Circle & sailing past the famed peaks of the Seven Sisters you arrive into Rorvik.
Day 11 – Trondheim (cruise): Arrive Trondheim & transfer to your hotel.
