Settling your claims
QBE's claims service standard is to settle your claim within 10 working days of our receiving all of the necessary documentation, including a completed claim form and other supporting documents (such as original receipts, police and medical reports).

We can provide around-the-clock worldwide emergency assistance from our dedicated Overseas Medical Emergency and General Assistance (OMEGA) team. Our trained medical and insurance specialists can assist travellers to make decisions regarding their situation.
